I love mixed metal jewelry. When I first started seeing it a few years ago I got so excited because I often wore gold earrings with a sterling silver necklace, and told my customers it was perfectly fine to do so.
So mixed metal jewelry has taken off and you know you can wear a mixed metal necklace with either silver or gold earrings. This mixed metal necklace has many interesting and complimentary components that will enable you to wear it with almost anything.
- The mixed metals consist of sterling silver and 24K vermeil beads.
- It contains two strands of white 5mm freshwater pearls, interlaced with 7mm rose quartz rondells and 5mm sugilite rondells that go half way around with the other half being 14K GF chain.
- The two strands hang about 3/4" apart, where the lower strand has a lovely rose quartz teardrop stone hanging from the center.
- In the pictures you can see a small "divet" in the rose quartz gemstone. But it cannot be seen when the necklace is worn. (Thank my wonderful iPhone for the great pictures!)
