Classic Venetian Wedding Cake Bead, this style known as the Dogaressa. The size is approximately 13mm in length
1mm hole running through the bead.
Fabulous decorated opalino heart approximately 12mm with a 1mm hole top to bottom. This bead is sometimes called Murano Wedding Cake Bead or Dogaressa. It is very fancy a copy of an 18th century style bead with decorations exterior and a small rose on each heart along with a band of 24kt gold foil. This bead has exterior gold which is subject to wear and tear over time and exposure to body oils, chemicals. This is normal and not a defect. The exact shape, location and size of the decorations are completely random and no two are ever exactly alike. The color in this one is an opalino pink Murano Glass. We call this color faded pink because the opaque white fades into a very pale pink.
