Several years ago I visited the Navajo Indian Reservation. A short drive from the reservation is Gallup, NM; an artsy town with friendly people and good food. I purchased some lovely handmade Navajo earrings and pendants that I use to create interesting one-of-a-kind pieces.
This pink opal pendant was made by Edison Etsitty and is valued at $250.00. It is a lab-created opal that contains bright pink, iridescent green and orange colors set in heavy sterling silver.
The pendant size is nearly 30 mm x 20mm. The pendant hangs from a sterling silver bail. The total length of the pendant is nearly 1 3/4" from the three-strand freshwater pearl necklace.
All sterling silver components.
